Return time

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to decide to return the product bought from  FamilyPosh.com

The product must be in its original condition, unused, damaged or cleaned, and must have all of its original accessories and packaging.

Return process

We will provide specific instructions on how to return the product, including its packaging and return address.

Return shipping costs will be paid by us.

Refund

Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be made using the same original payment method or as agreed between you and our customer service.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange

If you decide to exchange the product or request a replacement, we will endeavor to deliver the new product within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned product.

The shipping cost for the replacement product will be paid by us.
